Experience the light and industrial feeling of the RiverCenter and the appeal of the historic Art Deco Adler Theatre. Whether a board meeting for 15 or a convention of 3,000, the RiverCenter/Adler Theatre sets the tone for successful meetings.

The RiverCenter/Adler Theatre offers 100,000 sq.ft. of flexible and attractive meeting space. Two exhibit halls, a banquet hall, ten breakout rooms, executive boardroom and an historic Art Deco theater offer flexibility to meet the needs of your group. Personalized event coordination, exclusive in-house catering, in-house audiovisual and show decorating are all services available to ensure excellence. Every event is treated with attention to detail and uncompromising service.

Trade & Consumer Shows

The RiverCenter is host to trade and consumer shows that attract guests from across the country. With a convenient location and versatile, unobstructed space the RiverCenter is the optimal setting. Plus, we offer a full-spectrum of support and amenities. Our two, column-free exhibit halls offer trade and consumer show planners premium exhibit space. The RiverCenter is a great draw as we are centrally located and easily accessible. The RiverCenter resides in the largest 300 mile market west of Chicago.

Event Services

The RiverCenter is committed to providing the best possible service to all of our events. The RiverCenter offers exclusive catering, in-house audio-visual services and decorating to provide you with the services you need to execute your event. Every event is treated with attention to detail and uncompromising service.

Audio-Visual

Our in-house audio-visual services include a wide variety of equipment and expert technical support. Our knowledgeable staff will help you make the right choices for your audio-visual needs. Equipment is available for rent on a daily or weekly fee schedule. Arrangements may also be made through your event coordinator to work through one of our preferred audio-visual vendors. The RiverCenter collects a 15% commission on use of all outside vendors.

  • 6 breakout rooms located in North Building (4 first floor/2 second floor)

  • Each rooms varies from 770 to 900 square feet of meeting space
  • Rooms may convert to larger sizes via acoustically treated operable walls
  • Rooms are equipped with hookups for sound, phone, data, and electrical
  • Restrooms in close proximity to all rooms

Catering

Full catering, bar service and concessions are available to meet your catering needs.  Executive Chef Chris Carton has a reputation for excellence and creativity.  His high standards for quality and client satisfaction are unparalleled and his creations are suited to please the most discerning of palettes. Choose from the menu below or work with Chef Chris to create a menu tailored exactly to your needs.

Bar Service:  The RiverCenter offers a variety of premium and well liquors, excellent wine selections and domestic and imported beers.

Concessions:  At the RiverCenter, concessions are more than a hot dog and nachos.  Our concessions are designed with our patrons in mind and offer a pleasing variety to satisfy an individual looking for anything from a light snack to a small meal.
